State-run United Shipbuilding Company (OSK), Russia’s biggest civilian and military shipbuilding company, has revealed the new board of directors. Following presidential order that bans high-profile governmental officials from sitting on a board of state-run corp., deputy prime minister Igor Sechin and chairman of Rosimushestvo (State Property Maintenance agency) Yury Petrov have left the board, as well as Sergey Bogdanchikov, former president of Rosneft. President of OSK Roman Trotsenko and head of Morgan Stanly bank in Russia Rair Simonyan have taken over from them. Number of directors has decreased from 13 to 12.

According to the Russian Mafia (rumafia.com), it is most likely that tycoon Vladimir Lisin, head of Novolipetsky Metallurgical Plant (NLMK), will take up Sechin’s job as the chairman. Such appointment is viewed as most comfortable for Trotsenko, himself Lisin's protégé in the position of the president of OSK.

OSK and Vladimir Lisin's companies carry out a number of joint projects. NLMK is a rolling list and metal ware supplier of OSK. OSK finances building 10 RSD-44 series dry cargo ships at Lisin's Oka shipyard.
